The rotational spectra of 79BrNO and 81BrNO in the low-lying vibrational states ν2 = 1, ν3 = 1, and ν3 = 2 have been observed in the frequency region 80-190 GHz. The high-order Coriolis resonance between the ν2 = 1 and ν3 = 2 states has been taken into account in the analysis of the spectra. From the obtained results an approximate equilibrium structure has been calculated and a new evaluation of the quadratic and cubic force fields of nitrosyl bromide has been made. The experimental values of the third-rank Coriolis parameter are very well reproduced by the obtained anharmonic force field. © 1995 Academic Press, Inc.

Abstract
© 1995 Academic Press, Inc.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
