DALL’INFERNO DI DANTE AL CYBERMONDO. STORY-TELLING DIDATTICO E DOLCE STIL NOVO

From Dante’s Inferno to the cyber-world. Didactic story-telling and dolce stil novo. The narrative of Dante’s Inferno places at its centre a descending hierarchy of value, referring to human behaviour and attitudes, which is largely the expression of the theological-moral reflection of its time (as well as legal, since moral and legal condemnation are intertwined). The aim of this paper is to reflect on the intact narrative power of the reversed climax of Dante’s Inferno, and above all on its potential applications in the field of didactics of law and civic education for a conscious use of digital tools, starting from the application of Dante’s scheme to the framework of human conducts that take place in the ‘other world’ of the web.

La narrazione dell’Inferno dantesco pone al proprio centro una gerarchia di valore discendente, riferita a comportamenti e atteggiamenti umani, che è in buona parte espressione della riflessione teologico-morale (nonché giuridica, essendo la condanna morale legata a quella del diritto) del suo tempo. L’obiettivo del presente lavoro è quello di riflettere, partendo dall’applicazione di tale schema al quadro delle condotte umane che si realizzano nell’‘altro mondo’ del web, sull’intatta potenza narrativa del climax rovesciato dell’Inferno dantesco, e soprattutto sulle sue potenziali applicazioni nell’ambito della didattica del diritto, e dell’educazione civica ad un uso consapevole degli strumenti digitali.
