This paper assesses the elements and conditions of the injunctive relief, highlighting its scope and differences with respect to tort. It examines whether the injunction can be sought against companies that contribute to climate change. The solution proposed is contextualized in the transnational legal and judicial landscape. Some reflections on the meaning of the results achieved for fundamental legal categories conclude the essay.
