This book is not a typical academic publication, but it is neither a mere ‘‘how to do it’’ handbook. Since the author adopt a strong cultural approach to evaluation. It is more a textbook to be used by teachers in master class and by trainers for mid-managers positions in the public and nonprofit sectors. The book has a companion website to support the program evaluation process of the reader. The companion website includes several documents, and it will be updated regularly. The book is organized in four parts plus an Introduction and Conclusion chapters, following the step-by-step process of the evaluation plan: ‘‘Get Ready’’, ‘‘Make Your Plan’’, ‘‘Collect Your Data’’ and ‘‘Create Your Reports’’.
