The charge trapping and transport mechanisms under dc electrical field were investigated using both space charge and charging current measurements. The threshold characteristics, which provide the behavior of trapped charge and conductivity as a function of electrical field were also studied. It was observed that the conductivity of low-density polyethylene (LDPE) was much larger than that of high-density polyethylene (HDPE).

Abstract
The charge trapping and transport mechanisms under dc electrical field were investigated using both space charge and charging current measurements. The threshold characteristics, which provide the behavior of trapped charge and conductivity as a function of electrical field were also studied. It was observed that the conductivity of low-density polyethylene (LDPE) was much larger than that of high-density polyethylene (HDPE).I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
