In this paper, the results of electrical and multi-stress life tests performed on flat specimens of polyethylene-terephthalate are examined taking into account the geometrical approach to combined-stress life. This allows, besides the electrical and thermal life graphs, the isochronal lines in E vs T coordinates to be plotted. In this way, the whole life surface of the tested material can be displayed, thus obtaining a complete description of its multi-stress behaviour.

Abstract
In this paper, the results of electrical and multi-stress life tests performed on flat specimens of polyethylene-terephthalate are examined taking into account the geometrical approach to combined-stress life. This allows, besides the electrical and thermal life graphs, the isochronal lines in E vs T coordinates to be plotted. In this way, the whole life surface of the tested material can be displayed, thus obtaining a complete description of its multi-stress behaviour.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
