BiomAlba: analysis and feasibility study of a biomass supply chain in Albania

BiomAlba wants to put together the analysis of the institutional and economic context with actions oriented to the study of a sustainable biomass chain. In this sense the project aims to promote a comprehensive sustainable development policy in the Adriatic Ionian Region with particular reference to the aspects related to the energy needs, health and environmental protection. The project is based on a participatory approach aimed to link research to institutions and to the private sector organizing a dialogue with policymakers and promoting a more general capacity building at the local level.
