The Chapter aims to convey the quality of transposition concerning the EU Defence Rights Directives as well as the degree of substantial protection offered by national case law. Critical and positive aspects have been examined in order to pursue a general overview on the domestic state of play in order to foster the protection of procedural safeguards and fundamental guarantees.
