Abstract
The stresses which act on the surface of a superconductor surrounded by an isotropic dielectric fluid at rest are evaluated. Moreover, it is proved that there exists an infinite set of second-order tensors which yield these stresses. The magnetic Helmoltz stress tensor belongs to this set. © 1993 Società Italiana di Fisica.File in questo prodotto:
