Methods: Theanalysiswasperformedbyenroling60patientsundergoinganteriorcruciateligamentACL reconstruction, andassessingAPlaxityduringtheLachmananddrawertests. Results: Forthenavigationsystemstandarddeviationforintra-trialmeasureswas0.7mm,thustheintra- trial repeatabilitycoefficientwas2.2mm;standarddeviationforintra-trialmeasurewas1.2mm,while the referenceinter-trialrepeatabilitycoefficientbetweenexpertsurgeonswas3.4mm. Conclusions: Inconclusion,thisstudysuggeststhatKIN-Navmayrepresentanewmethodtomeasureand document APlaxityintra-operativelywithimprovedaccuracyandtesttheeffectofsurgicaltreatment in-vivo with highersensitivitythaninthepastandthisstudyquantifyitsreliabilityforwithin-subjects studies performedbyasingleexpertsurgeon.
