After a brief introduction, this paper focuses on three different feminist legal perspectives: Catharine MacKinnon’s analysis of the “equality paradox”, Joan Tronto’s ethics of care, and Judith Butler’s vulnerability turn. The overall reflection will question the feminist idea of legal subjectivity, focusing on some of its ambiguities.
