The ISA initiative is born from the assumption that, in today’s society, migratory and reception/inclusion phenomena require the awareness that the individual no longer has a well-defined identity but, faced with the risk of losing it and no longer having any (the immigrant or refugee), he/she can and must assume multiple, from that of origin to that of the new reality of which he/she is a guest and to which he/she can usefully contribute with his/her own experience of life and knowledge. In the same way, the citizen of the host society can and must be enriched culturally and not only by contact with other realities, thus acquiring new identities in addition to and complementing his/her own.

Abstract
The ISA initiative is born from the assumption that, in today’s society, migratory and reception/inclusion phenomena require the awareness that the individual no longer has a well-defined identity but, faced with the risk of losing it and no longer having any (the immigrant or refugee), he/she can and must assume multiple, from that of origin to that of the new reality of which he/she is a guest and to which he/she can usefully contribute with his/her own experience of life and knowledge. In the same way, the citizen of the host society can and must be enriched culturally and not only by contact with other realities, thus acquiring new identities in addition to and complementing his/her own.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
