The introduction explain he project of the international conference, supported by Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna, boasting a nine centuries-long cultural and moral heritage, jointly with the Advanced School of Tourism Sciences and the Faculty of Economics (Rimini), which have inherited the knowledge accumulated by the seat of Rimini during fifty years of studies carried out in the tourism field.
