The article deals with the intervention of the President of the Council of Ministers in the incidental constitutional review of laws, as well as the role played by the State Attorney as a representative of the said President. Starting from a recent event, the work retraces the legislative evolution and the scholarly debate concerning the abovementioned legal arrangement.
