La contribución de la jurisprudencia colombiana al debate comparado sobre el poder de reforma: la “sustitución” como paradigma formal y material

This article analyzes from a critical and comparative perspective the elabo-ration and application of the replacement doctrine by the Colombian Cons-titutional Court, starting from its precedents and inserting it in the context of constitutional adjudication on constitutional amendments. It focuses on its basis and the evolution of its use, emphasizing sensitive cases, in order to place the Colombian case in a comparative framework, investigating to what extent it shall become a benchmark.
