The chapter explores the evolution of interagecy cooperation between Frontex and other EU agencies in Justice and Home Affairs with particular focus on cooperation with the European Asylum Support Office (EASO), the European Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA), and also with the European Fisheries Control Agency (EFCA) and the European Maritime Safety Agency (EMSA). Particular attention is devoted to Frontex presence in hotspots, with Joint Operations Triton (2014- 2018) and Themis (2018 – ongoing).
