The subjectivity and the limitation of the standard method for the flicker evaluation have suggested the research of different approaches. The intent is to achieve objective information on the state of annoyance of a human being subjected to light flicker. Recently, a technique based on the analysis of the pupil size variation has been proposed. This paper studies the effects of different light stimula on pupil diameter and highlight some interesting results.

Abstract
