Pursuing eco-efficiency in all industrial activities has been widely spread in the last two decades and positive results have been achieved in many large industries,but it has to be considered a "less bad".therefore,the new paradigm of Resource and Eco-effectiveness has to be considered the new frontier in pursuing a grat increase of resource rational utilisation.Following previous research work,both methodological and practical,in this work that model proposed and implemented to materials and energy is implemented to the main gaseous effluents,in some large Countries.The results obtained show the high potential of this paradigm to analyse each different situation and to find the ways to avoid resource depletion and environmental imbalances.
