[Emilia-Romagna] Percorsi di integrazione e inclusione sociale dei migranti nella Regione Emilia-Romagna

This article has the purpose to outline the path of integration and social inclusion of migrants in Emilia-Romagna Region, with particularly regard to the subsidiarity principle. In tackling the issue, the starting point is the analysis of the existing regulatory framework and then the complex of measures, plans and programs activated in the Region was analyzed. Particular attention was paid to the local dimension and to the Local Action Plans for Migrants’ Integration and Human Rights that involved the city of Bologna.
