1994. La serie premiered in the fall of 2019 on Sky Atlantic, the end of a trilogy that began more than four years earlier with 1992. Compared to previous seasons, 1994 is more experimental. Italian politics is much more present and the crime atmosphere is quite completely missed. Hence, the suspense rises from the historical events. Drawing a story by unravelling the History of those years is still a necessity, but the strategies to do that are now different.
