Abstract
Alternative configurations for the acid gas removal section in the flue gas treatment line of a waste-to-energy plant are evaluated from a LCA perspective. A multi-stage technique allows significant cost savings without generating additional environmental burdens. The role of process modelling as a meaningful aid to LCA of such process technologies is briefly discussed.File in questo prodotto:
