After 99mTc-labelling of HYTADtm1 it was possible to obtain images of the small animals with high definition, using an Yttrium-Aluminum-Perovskite (YAP) camera, to determine its biodistribution in vivo. The labelling technique can be used towards development the HYTADtm1 labelled with 188Re (that has similar coordination characteristics to technetium) to get a new cancer combined therapeutic agent, since currently the best results in cancer treatment were obtained using the combined-modality therapy. It was recently demonstrated that the induced tumour responses is higher than the prior chemotherapy, and radiotherapy alone even in the case of radio-resistant tumours as Hodgkin's lymphoma.
