LA NORMATIVA IN MATERIA DI CASTANICOLTURA: FONTI E VALUTAZIONI

The present paper deals with the controversial regulatory framework concerning the chestnut-growing sector, which results both from national and European Union legislation and involves productive and environmental features. All in all, it is claimed that the chestnuts productive recovery, included the chestnuts employed in the production of wood, should be promoted.

Si trattano alcuni dati normativi particolarmente problematici relativamente alla attività di castanicoltura, che risultano da fonti nazionali e dell’Unione europea e toccano aspetti produttivi e ambientali. La trattazione giunge alla conclusione che il recupero produttivo dei castagneti, anche da legno, andrebbe in linea di massima favorito.
