The essay deals with the concept of critique from a general point of view, starting from the theoretical overlapping contribution by Adorno, Horkheimer, Foucault and Barthes. In particular, it underlines the antiauthoritarian, reflexive, anti-dogmatic, unconventional character of a very concept of critique. The A. focuses, moreover, on the contemporary constellation of critical legal theories and concludes by arguing the importance of an anti-pedagogic critical theory for a better comprehension of social injustice and violence.
