PERCEIVE project - Deliverable D6.2 "Formal mathematical model to be simulated with computer"

The scope of the Deliverable 6.2 is to introduce the formal mathematical model developed to be simulated in the context of the PERCEIVE project, based on the qualitative model of the Deliverable 6.1. More specifically, we first present the stock and flow diagram of the European Cohesion Policy funding system using System Dynamics, along with a detailed documentation of the modes’ variables. The next step refers to the calibration of the model using real time series data to assess the extent to which the model structure is capable of replicating reality. In addition, further tests, such as dimensional consistency, structure and parameter confirmation tests and formal inspections, have been performed to increase the model’s confidence.
