L'Archivio Giuridico e il diritto romano: figure e itinerari di ricerca

The report focuses on the contribution offered by the pages of the Archivio giuridico to the renewal and development of Romanistic science. The work takes into consideration figures of scholars, belonging to different generations, who, through their research itineraries, have contributed decisively to the progress of studies of Roman law in Italy between the nineteenth and twentieth centuries.

La relazione si sofferma sul contributo offerto dalle pagine dell’Archivio giuridico al rinnovamento e allo sviluppo della scienza romanistica. Vengono prese in considerazione figure di studiosi, appartenenti a diverse generazioni, che, attraverso i propri itinerari di ricerca, hanno contribuito in modo decisivo al progresso degli studi di diritto romano in Italia tra Ottocento e Novecento.
