Abstract
As it is generally adquired, the trasmission of legal science in the age of bolognese glossators was tied to the spontaneous and oral channels of scholastic lessons. The anonimous quastiones on l. 2 of tit. 58 (59) of Iustinian Codex saved in ms. Brancacciano IV. D. 4 are a clear example of this phenomenon. Actually, they reveal to be a reportatio selected by a student from the lessons of Giovanni Bassiano on this topic. They can be compared to the more structured lectura of this topic that Odofredo claims to have "built" through the notations of Nicolò Furioso, an assiduous student of Cremona's legum doctor.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
