This paper analyzes a resonant inductive Wireless Power Transfer (WPT) link using relay elements (i.e., additional resonators not directly connected to either the source or the load). Two different cases are analyzed and compared: the case of a link using one single relay element and the case of a link using two relay elements. The transducer gain as defined in the context of active two-port networks is adopted for evaluating the performance of the link.

Abstract
This paper analyzes a resonant inductive Wireless Power Transfer (WPT) link using relay elements (i.e., additional resonators not directly connected to either the source or the load). Two different cases are analyzed and compared: the case of a link using one single relay element and the case of a link using two relay elements. The transducer gain as defined in the context of active two-port networks is adopted for evaluating the performance of the link.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
