Teatro e formazione come beni comuni

The relationship between theater and education is characterized by multiple dimensions and by two prevalent directions, that of artistic creation and cultural fruition on the one hand, and that of anthropological and social nature on the other. Faced with our historical period in which discontinuity, liquidity and crisis of values ​​are intertwined in complex geometries, the global experience of the theater requires a reflection that overcomes episodicity to dwell on the potential for personal growth of conscious actors-researchers, attentive spectators, involved in the relationship with the emotion of the scene. With the same urgency and looking in the same direction, the educational processes face the complex scenarios that affect the system of territorial training agencies in contexts in constant and accelerated change and crossed by a deep crisis. Crisis that invests the very reasons of educating, educating and training, the life of young people and social relationships and that increasingly requires the ability to face the challenges of the relationship between individual and community, between local and global, between the building of one's own cultural identity and being "citizens of the world" in a complex system of multiple identities.

Il rapporto tra teatro e formazione è caratterizzato da molteplici dimensioni e da due direzioni prevalenti, quella della creazione artistica e della fruizione culturale da un lato e quella più di natura antropologica e sociale dall’altro. Di fronte a questo nostro periodo storico in cui discontinuità, liquidità e crisi di valori si intrecciano in complesse geometrie, l’esperienza globale del teatro esige una riflessione che superi l’episodicità per soffermarsi sulle potenzialità di crescita personale di attori-ricercatori consapevoli, di spettatori attenti, coinvolti nel rapporto con l’emozione della scena. La ritualità del teatro non si limita all’apertura del sipario, ma di orizzonti che vanno oltre la fruizione dello spettacolo, in percorsi di comunicazione, aggregazione e coinvolgimento. Con la stessa urgenza e guardando nella stessa direzione, i processi educativi fronteggiano gli scenari complessi che interessano il sistema delle agenzie formative di territorio in contesti in costante e accelerato cambiamento e attraversati da una profonda crisi. Crisi che investe le ragioni stesse dell’educare, dell’istruire e del formare, la vita dei giovani e le relazioni sociali e che richiede sempre più la capacità di affrontare le sfide del rapporto tra individuo e comunità, tra locale e globale, tra la costruzione della propria identità culturale e l'essere “cittadini del mondo” in un sistema complesso di identità plurime.
