In this paper I will try to build a Semiotic Biopolitics, in order to deal with the problem of cultural domination and integration. I will do that from the point of view of the theory of systems, especially the Theory of Complexity. I will work on the economical crisis of these recent years, trying to avoid an anthropocentric point of view.
