Abstract
In this work, an atmospheric pressure dielectric barrier discharge was used to produce plasma activated water (PAW). In order to evaluate its effectiveness as an alternative method to control plant diseases, three different pathosystems (i.e. plants infected by phytopathogens) were treated. The results on reduction of disease severity and gene transcription suggest that PAW acts as a plant resistance inducer.File in questo prodotto:
