HSP70, HSP27 and TNF-a were measured by immunoblotting in samples of pathological and healthy cutaneous and gland tissues (20 dogs of different ages and sex). HSP70 and HSP27 expressions are respectively characterized by a significant increase (p<0.01) and decrease in pathological tissues compared to healthy ones. Preliminary detections on TNF-a don’t show significant differences. This work underlines the importance of HSPs and cytokines and the close relationships with several pathological conditions. Further investigations will be carry out to obtain valid markers for neoplasm in dogs tissues
