Today our company are forced to put increasing attention on customer needs and satisfaction. Plastic cards, or more commonly, cards, are really diffused: credit card, drive license card, gym card, company card, phone card and so on. This wide increasing diffusion leads to a continue demand for new products with high performance. The following study started from the request of a new machine which could work with an increased number of character and at the same time get the chance to re-design the new machine with modern software to have the possibility to simulate real working condition of the machine. This work permitted to get more knowledge of the machine, find wasted time and design light weight and more performanting component.
