The report is a practical handbook for the implementation of effective e-learning courses based on collaboration, with particular focus on designing and implementing aspects. Although guidelines are presented in a pragmatic manner, this does not mean that we have neglected the theoretical principles at their basis. On the contrary, we will describe them in detail so that readers may clearly understand the origins of the good practices and the practices that we suggest. This handbook is aimed at people, and particularly at teachers and tutors within and across cultural institutions who are contemplating, or are already executing, e-learning activities / projects.
