The paper is the output of a research project that in the last ten year has collected the financial data of Budget of Italian Municipality (called Municipal Budget Observatory); the analysis contained in the paper concerns indexes of entrance (i.e. financial and taxation autonomy), indexes of the current expenditure, and analysis of investments. The focus is on the Province of Rimini, in which we have 20 municipalities with a high propensity for tourism.
