Coupled advection-diffusion-reaction systems attracted much attention in the last years, because they are able to describe many phenomena in sciences. The complexity of such problems in reality requires a good computational scheme in order to capture the effective behavior of the systems. To the end, in this paper, we investigate the use of a Differential Quadrature-based algorithm for solving a class of partial differential equations. Some issues have been formally discussed. Numerical simulations show the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
