The paper proposes two additions to the Index locorum quibus non indicato libro aut Sabinus aut Sabiniani laudantur, which accompanies Lenel’s palingenesis of the works of Sabinus. The however fine reconstruction contained in the Palingenesia iuris civilis erroneously omits to recall the following fragments: Ulp. 17 ad Sab. FV. 87 and Ulp. 28 ad Sab. D. 18.2.13. The palingenesis of the works of Sabinus submitted by Franz Peter Bremer also incurs in the same omissions.
