Técnicas investigativas italianas articuladas com a utilização dos denominados captadores informáticos: “quis custodiet custodes?”

With this contribution the author examines the intercurrent relations between the demands of repression of the criminal offenses and the rights of the citizens to the secrecy of the communications and the inviolability of the domicile in the Italian legal system. It is therefore a matter of verifying whether the attention of the legislator and his relative barycenter are overly unbalanced in favor of the first one inproceedings against organized crime, or rather are excessively pendent in favor of the others in proceedings against ordinary crimes.
