Although these Proposals are still under discussion, there is a firm political will to approve them. In this work we analyse one of the Proposals, Proposal 634/2015, on certain aspects concerning contracts for the La previsible evolución de la regulación de los contenidos digitales en el Derecho de la Unión Europea (…) supply of digital content, with regards to its effects on current regulation of digital contents by Directive 2011/83 and the Spanish act 3/2014, 27th of march, the only ones at the moment that refer to digital con-tent and the contract for the supply of digital contents.
