Per un'indagine sulle "geminazioni" di autori e opere diversi: due esempi

This essay intends to underline the importance of the study of similitudines as a tool for reconstructing the relations among classical jurisprudential works, focusing on two exempla. The critical analysis of the sources, with particular reference to the twinned texts of different works and authors, can lead to results that, through textual comparison, can help to retie the threads of continuity (partly broken or made evanescent by the work of compilers) which link together the works of the jurists and especially the works of the Severian jurists to the great jurisprudential experience that had preceded them and of which they were depositaries.
