Examining simple tables and graphical representations of the world record progressions in athletics and collecting information from the web, it is possible to make connections to many subjects : history, chemistry, sport sciences… Starting from sporting events and telling life stories to the PLS students, there is the opportunity, for example, to remember dramatic facts in our history leaving a trace in their memory. High school teachers can start from an original point of view : sports performance.
