La "debole" concentrazione distrettuale delle indagini in materia di terrorismo - The "weak" district confluence of investigations on terrorism.

The dangerousness of terrorism and its ability to transform and renew itself in all its manifestations pose significant problems for investigators. This article proposes a series of considerations concerning counter terrorism investigative coordination, focusing, in particular, on the possibility of reconsidering the current coordination system, even in light of the experience gained from the fight against mafia and ideological terrorism. Despite the intervention of the legislature, which recently established the Anti-mafia and Antiterrorism National Prosecutor's Office, some problems still remain. The goal, therefore, is to identify these problems and uniformly implement coordination starting with the investigative practice of the National Prosecutor's Office. La pericolosità del fenomeno terroristico, la sua attitudine a trasformarsi e rinnovarsi ad ogni sua manifestazione pongono gli inquirenti di fronte a problematiche di rilevante complessità. L'elaborato propone una serie di riflessioni sul tema del coordinamento investigativo delle indagini in materia di terrorismo, concentrandosi, in particolare, sulla possibilità di ripensare l'attuale sistema di coordinamento, anche alla luce dell'esperienza maturata contro la mafia e il terrorismo ideologico. Nonostante l'intervento del legislatore, che di recente ha istituito la Procura nazionale antimafia e antiterrorismo, permangono tuttora alcune criticità. L'intento, dunque, sarà quello di individuarle in vista dell'attuazione uniforme del coordinamento, a cominciare dalle prassi investigative delle Procure della Repubblica.
