The paper illustrates the goals and the first achievements of the EU funded project Pro-GET-onE - Proactive synergy of inteGrated Efficient Technologies on buildings’ Envelopes (Grant Agreement No 723747), a innovation project based on the integration of different technologies to achieve a multi-benefit approach by a closer integration between energy and non-energy related benefits. In fact, the project aims to combine in a same holistic and integrated system the highest performances in terms of energy requirements, seismic safety and social/economic sustainability.
