Abstract
Alma Mater University represents a unique model both in national and international overview. A kind of University that is an historical component of a community and so of the city of Bologna. His roots are the buildings in which this history took place, as a lasting element of his nature. One the main aims of the new program of real estate development promoted under the guide of the new Rector, started on November 2015, is the hard integration between the three basic components of academic institution: learning, research and student’s services. A purpose represented by Campus model, a habitat in which you can find the structures to satisfy every instance: from didactics, housing, laboratory, libraries, food service, leisure and sport. Starting from this point of view, the real estate development program of the next five years, estimated in about 270 millions of euros, will be oriented both to new buildings and to heritage refurbishment and restoration, so to put the basis on which lay the future prospects of a modern University formed on sustainability criteria.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
