Abstract
A significant segment of the liturgical memory of the Church of Lucca is represented by the Necrologium of the Chapter of the Cathedral, preserved by the Codex 618 of the Biblioteca capitolare Feliniana, written around 1120. A more recent hand adjourned the obituary of Beatrice of Canossa, with a reference to Matilda of Canossa. Instead, the Ordo officiorum, preserved by Codex 608, was written at the end of the 13th c. (concurrently with the redaction of new constitutions for the Chapter). This is a Liber ordinarius, which main source (together with Amalarius, and Honorius of Autun) is the Rationale divinorum officiorum of Jean Beleth, and which defines the roles of the bishop, of the canons, of the scholares, of the civic churches’ chaplains, during the liturgical celebrationsI documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
