Anomalie der Grimmdarmspirale beim Rind

Anhand verschiedener Fallbeispiele wird erstmals über eine Anomalie der Grimmdarmspirale (Ansa proximalis coli) des Rindes berichtet. Dabei sind die Schlingen der Ansa spiralis coli in unterschiedlicher Ausprägung von der Gekröseplatte isoliert, mit der Folge, dass die Kolonscheibe mehr oder weniger frei beweglich ist. Ursache dürfte eine Störung der Positionierung der Ansa spiralis coli während der fetalen Entwicklung sein. Die Bedeutung dieser Darmanomalie im Hinblick auf die Prädisposition von Ileuszuständen und deren Pathogenese wird diskutiert. In these cases the loops of the spiral colon remain isolated in various degrees from the mesentery, with the consequence that it is more or less freely mobile. The cause seems to be an inhibition malformation during the embryonic development. The possible importance of this intestinal animals with regar to predisposition for ileus and their pathogenesis is discussed.
