Piani di prevenzione della corruzione e organizzazione amministrativa

Abstract: The article aims at analyzing the impact of the anti-corruption measures introduced by Law no. 190/2012 on the administrative organization, distinguishing three profiles: the effect of anti-corruption Plans on the level of overall knowledge of Public Administration, and how this knowledge can promote its reform; the role of the new anti-corruption Authorities, particularly, the National Anti-Corruption Authority (ANAC) and the Anti-Corruption Responsible (RPC), on the external and internal administrative relationships; and finally, the impact of the measures introduced by the anti-corruption Plans on the administrative activity, taking into account, in particular, some mandatory measures provided by the Law. The result of this analysis is that Public Administration is facing a deep change in its organization and activity, who requires a proper space of organizational autonomy and specific investments, in order to guarantee the success of the anticorruption measures.
