The chapter refers to a large change initiative carried out over a period of more than two years in an important Italian multinational company operating in the automotive industry. The change concerned a complex re-organization of the facility of the company, with the construction of a new plant, the integration of the workforce previously distributed in two plants, the development of new products and a new organizational culture.
