L'impresa start up innovativa costituita in forma di s.r.l.

In the last fifteen years the Italian economy has suffered from structural weaknesses, which have severely limited its global competitiveness. Among these weaknesses the innovation gap stands, by international standards, as one of the most relevant. The recent legal framework on innovative startups is among the solutions passed by the Italian legislators to fill up this gap. This study examines innovative start-ups incorporated as limited liability companies (s.r.l.), analysing their legal framework and trying to highlight its special features and critical profiles.
