Feline cornea sequestration is a corneal disease unique to cats. The purpose of this study was to describe and evaluate the use of medical conservative therapy as only treatment for feline corneal sequestration. The medical records of 37 cases (40 eyes) of feline corneal sequestration from 1995 to 2005 are reviewed. Conservative managment was to appling topical broad- spectrum ophthalmic antibiothics, topical artificial tears, topical acetyl cysteina, vitaminisiertes auxilliary feed with mineral materials and protein for cat and Elisabethan collar. Range time of healing, defined as the number of days from the start of medical treatment to end of medical treatment was from 1 to 12 month.
